As the worldwide headquarters, Washington is the main coordinating force for the firm. Corporate functions such as training, development, marketing, finance, and information systems are centrally led from Washington to create synergies and efficiencies for other worldwide offices. Recruiting and HR are managed locally in each region.
As our largest office worldwide, Kaiser’s Washington, D.C. office provides all of our service offerings and covers all of our industry sectors.
We have a very diverse and multi-cultural workforce in Washington, with 11 nationalities and over 20 languages spoken. We have an active exchange program where Washington-based employees transfer to other Kaiser offices worldwide, and vice versa.
Our office is located in the heart of Washington, D.C., just two blocks south of Dupont Circle. Our downtown location is an easy commute by public transportation and is convenient to Washington’s best-known museums, monuments, galleries, shops, and restaurants.
