Consultants: Recruiting Process


Experienced candidates can find openings advertised on the Internet through sites such as Jobtrak, Vault.com and WetFeet.com. We welcome applications from people with experience in the management consulting field and will determine the right job level after reviewing your materials.

For graduating college seniors, we recruit on campus and participate in career fairs and forums during the fall and winter months for positions that begin in March or June. Additionally, Kaiser Associates accepts resumes via our Web site year-round.

The interview process for Associate, Senior and Managing consultants consists of two rounds. The process begins with an on-campus interview or review of resumes submitted through our web site. The first round interview may take place on campus or by telephone. During this interview, we will answer your questions about Kaiser, get to know you, and evaluate your experience and potential fit with Kaiser.

If Kaiser invites you to a second-round interview, you will be invited to visit our office. This interview includes four elements: meeting with Kaiser consultants and officers, a writing sample, an assessment of analytical thinking skills and a discussion of case studies. The second-round interview takes approximately three hours. Our Recruiting Committee considers all candidates and will respond to candidates within two weeks of the interview.
