Kaiser Associates selects a few talented individuals for our Vice President position each year. Successful job candidates have at least three to five years of post-MBA project experience gained at a top strategy consulting firm and are eager to take full advantage of the accelerated career opportunities that Kaiser Associates offers. We seek candidates who:

      Possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
      Exhibit confidence and maturity beyond their age or experience
      Display a high level of self-motivation and energy
      Are entrepreneurial, in the true sense of the word
Responsibilities of a new Vice President in the first year at Kaiser Associates include:
      Development and management of client relationships

      Responsibility for several simultaneous engagements

           Includes significant client interaction, and
           Requires engagement team coaching and management

      Development of engagement scope and analysis

      Production and supervision of all client work product

      Support for Senior Vice Presidents in marketing and the development of new business

      Development of consultant team

To support the development of new Vice Presidents, each Vice President is paired with a senior Kaiser Associates Officer, who acts as the individual's mentor. This mentor protégé program has proven to be highly successful and effective. Over the course of the first year, the new Vice President works on an increasingly independent basis to develop his/her own client practice.
