Consultants

Career Path | The Kaiser Team | Recruiting Process

Kaiser offers a 30-month opportunity to people who join the firm at the consultant level. During the first fifteen months, consultants master research, writing, and the delivery of superb projects to our clients. They also play an instrumental role in helping us to build strong relationships with core clients through participation in the client expert program. The second fifteen month period, when most associates earn promotion to senior consultant, provides even greater opportunities for developing skills. Senior consultants provide leadership on projects, serve as subject matter advisers to clients, and begin to learn the rudiments of project management. After 25 months at Kaiser, top consultants who have demonstrated outstanding capabilities and a strong interest in a longer-term future at Kaiser may earn a promotion to managing consultant and be invited to join a practice team led by one of the firm's senior vice presidents.

For the Associate Consultant position, Kaiser Associates seeks individuals who possess excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities and who have a high level of curiosity, self-motivation and energy.

Willing to go the extra mile to deliver the highest quality strategic solutions to our clients

Eager to take full advantage of the exciting career opportunities that Kaiser Associates offers
We do not require previous experience in business; however, such experience and course work in business or economics is very helpful. We also welcome applications from those with foreign language capabilities.
