- Vacation:
- In their first two years at Kaiser Associates, employees accrue 15 days of vacation per calendar year.
- In years three and four at Kaiser Associates, employees accrue 18 days of vacation per calendar year.
- Beginning in year five, employees accrue 20 days of vacation per calendar year.
- Personal: Employees accrue 3 days of personal leave per calendar year
- Holidays: Kaiser Associates observes most scheduled Federal holidays, which averages between 10 - 12 days per year.
- Early Finish Fridays: Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, the office closes at 3:00 PM on Fridays
- Sick Leave: Full-time employees accrue 12 days of sick leave per calendar year. This may be used for their own illness or the illness of an immediate family member.
